Medicare Supplement Plan C Benefits

Medicare Supplement Plan C is one of the move-inclusive plans. It will cover your Medicare Part A (hospital) and Part B (outpatient) deductibles 100% and 80% of foreign travel emergencies up to plan limits. It also covers your Part A and B coinsurance, the first 3 pints of blood, skilled nursing facility coinsurance, and hospice care. The only thing this plan doesn’t cover is Part B excess charges. Like all Medicare Supplements, this plan has no networks. If the facility accepts Medicare, they will accept this plan, regardless of the company. Remember, if you received Medicare Part A on or after 1/1/2020, you are not eligible to purchase this plan. (MACRA)
