SBI provides a base salary + Commission. Sales Representatives work with real-time leads provided by SBI, there is no “Cold Call” lead generation. This position is subject to company quotas and departmental goals set by MGMT.

The ideal candidate preferably has:

• Clear and professional phone voice with excellent conversational Skills
• 2+ years of sales experience OR a college degree with ambition and willingness to learn
• Integrity, time management skills, and a burning desire to help people
• Clear background and credit history. (Required to obtain State Licenses)
